- Check battery & electrical connections. Must have minimum of 10 VDC
- Clean paint or dirt from coupler frame
- Replace with 30 amp AWG fuse
- Secure wire connections
- Replace switch
- Replace motor

MOTOR CLUTCH ENGAGES

Normal if jack leg is at fully retracted position
Worn worm gear
Dirty inner ram tube
Bent inner ram tube
Clutch
Jack at angle
Excessive tongue weights

- None, let go of switch when you hear the clutch
- Replace jack ram
- Clean ram tube and apply light coat of silicon spray
- Replace inner ram
- Replace motor
- Secure mounting bolts and ensure a support plate is being used
- Determine tongue weight and shift weight towards the rear of the trailer

UTILITY LIGHT DOES NOT WORK
